Manjula Lee
Founder & CEO
Manjula began her career in M&A at Shell, becoming the youngest member of their executive leadership programme at 17. Since 2006, she has worked in sustainable development, founding World Wide Generation in 2016 and creating G17Eco in 2017. Recognised globally as a pioneer in Blockchain, Green Tech and Fintech, she has advised across sectors, including the UN at the inception of the SDGs. She was part of the UK Government’s Global Entrepreneur Programme, pitched G17Eco at 10 Downing Street, and has been honoured with awards such as Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist, UKBAA’s Best Led Female Investment, and listings in the 100 Most Influential Women in Blockchain and 100 Green Board Members. In 2021, she was featured in a historic book celebrating 300 years of British leadership, with her work on World Wide Generation and G17Eco showcased as an industry ‘trend-setter’ driving a sustainable future.

Dr. Sheyda Shahriari
Head of Sustainability and Innovation
Dr Sheyda heads up our Sustainability team, including the research and design on new product development and feature improvements for the G17Eco Platform. Sheyda has deep expertise in mathematical modelling, algorithm creation, data science, machine learning and coding for product development. Sheyda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from King’s College London and is a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in bioengineering robotics from Brunel University. With years of experience in the car manufacturing, medical and robotics industries, Sheyda brings a unique perspective to sustainability transformation and impact, and her team works closely with the Success team to help clients and partners succeed in their sustainability journey. Her team is responsible for driving digital materiality analysis and stakeholder-driven customisation for sustainability KPIs, with intelligence aligned to the latest science and regulations. In addition to her industry leadership, Sheyda has lectured on engineering topics and worked with disabled children in supportive educational settings.

Dr. Hani Malik
TOLI Institute SME - MENA
Dr. Hani wears many hats and brings a wealth of experience that spans clinical practice, medical education, quality improvement, healthcare innovation, and leadership development. In addition to being a chapter author in various books, he has co-created and published the Systems Individual Burnout Spectrum (SIBS) model that sheds light on the relationship between burnout, compassionate leadership, organizational culture and clinician wellbeing. Leveraging his higher education, research, and clinical experience, Hani’s ethos centers on developing resilience and discovering one’s purpose, as keys towards collective wellbeing. He is wholly committed to inspiring colleagues, patients, students, clients, and learners alike in always seeking ‘a better way’.

John Richards
Leadership Coach
John has spent nearly 25 years working frontline in Crisis Intervention and Young People’s Homelessness with a wide range of organisations as a Leader specialising in Awareness and Development. He has focused on the development of 24hr staffed residential communities for vulnerable young people, in order to provide a holistic context in which they can safely heal and grow. More recently, John co-founded an exploration community and leads retreats in wild places around the world including Tibet, Nepal, The Himalayas, the Sahara, the Atlas Mountains, the Mediterranean coast, the Channel Islands, the US, Madeira, Cornwall, Scotland and wild South Africa. In December 2019, in partnership with Tsering Sangpo Sherpa and 7-time Everest summiteer Nima Kancha Sherpa, John realised a passionate vision: to bring about the first ever Nepalese Sherpa-led Leadership retreat in the Himalayas in the towering landscape of Everest. His first book on Awareness, Change, Relationships and Fruitfulness, was published by EyeWear in the UK in October 2018. John continues to work with a diverse range of partners in different parts of the world, developing opportunity for leaders to journey out into wild places to listen in nature and learn through community.

Ravi Sahota
Leadership Coach
Ravi is an experienced senior executive and leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience of working with local government, city mayor offices, social enterprises, SMEs and the charity sector. He was in the senior leadership team for Birmingham City Council in the UK and led a large team to implement a strategy to deliver economic regeneration for deprived communities across Birmingham. Ravi has worked across different sectors and initiatives including, sustainability, finance, affordable housing, manufacturing, media, and large scale waste recycling projects. He managed and delivered contracts across the UK for the Learning and Skills Councils, Business Links, Regional Development Agencies, and national government departments including the Department of Education and skills. Ravi has run large transformation programs for the regional Trading Standards body for England, Wales and Scotland, including providing recommendations, advice and training for Trading Standards staff such as tackling poverty, crime, discrimination and youth issues. Ravi’s hand’s on coaching focuses on enabling organisations and their leaders to reach the next stage of their growth and impact. This includes transforming organisational culture, mentoring executives to understand their strengths and growth areas, and strengthening governance.

Lara Martini
Sustainability and Business Strategy
Lara’s unique career spans across business strategy, commercial leadership, digital transformation and sustainability. A successful senior executive at Microsoft and Salesforce for over two decades, including working in the Middle East and Africa, Latin Alerica and in global director roles. She is currently the European lead at World Wide Generation, as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director in multiple organisations spanning from education to the built environment, and impact entrepreneurship. Passionate about conservation and human development, Lara manages first hand a woodland and regularly volunteers as mentor. Lara has a certification in ESG investing from the CFA, is a graduate of the Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has significant training and teaching experience at MBA and executive level, having worked with the Cox School of Business, MEIRC Training and Consulting, the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University.
